Train for the sport, not a random session
Each tile is a hub: an introduction, a place to start, grouped links, and the latest workouts filed under that sport. Counts are the number of breakdowns, not the number of exercises. MMA is the combat umbrella and links boxing, grappling, and wrestling. The Olympic tile is the multi-sport shelf and links swimming, gymnastics, athletics, sprinting, and track and field.
Football is Ronaldo. Tennis is Djokovic. Gymnastics is Biles. Swimming is Ledecky and Marchand. Athletics holds Femke Bol’s hurdles camp and the fitanyx calculator. Sprinting and track and field are the narrower doors onto Bol’s same week, so you can arrive by event instead of by the word “athletics.”
Empty categories stay off this page. Basketball, rugby, and the unused “multiple” shelf have no posts and stay out of the menu. Tags stay out of the menu too. If you want every piece in date order, all workouts is the archive. If you want the work by intent rather than by sport, start with training goals.
